NEURODIVERGENCE
You may already have a diagnosis such as Autism or ADHD, be in the process of seeking one, or be quietly wondering whether neurodivergence could explain aspects of your experience. Many people reach this point after years of feeling different, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to cope.
You might struggle with sensory overload, social expectations, emotional regulation, or chronic burnout. You may have learned to mask parts of yourself to fit in — at work, in relationships, or in wider society — often at significant personal cost.
I cannot diagnose neurodivergent conditions. What I can offer is a supportive, neurodivergence‑affirming therapeutic space where we can explore your experiences, identity, strengths, and challenges without pathologising or trying to “fix” who you are.
Therapy can support you to understand your nervous system, unpick the impact of masking, and move towards greater self‑acceptance, clarity, and self‑advocacy.

As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I work in a way that aims to respect your communication style, sensory needs, processing pace, and relational preferences. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS #842209) and a member of the Autistic Therapist Directory, which connects autistic clients with autistic therapists who practise in a neuro‑affirming and non‑pathologising way. Alongside lived‑experience, I undertake ongoing specialist training in neurodivergence‑informed psychotherapy.
