Craig Kerrecoe MNCPS (Acc.)

Psychotherapy and Counselling
Life can be challenging sometimes. Struggling with those challenges is not failure. Recognising that you need support is not weakness, it is often the first meaningful step towards change.
About You

You may have arrived here because something feels difficult or stuck. You might be feeling anxious most of the time, constantly on edge, or unable to relax. You may struggle with self‑criticism, low confidence, or a sense that you are never quite good enough. Perhaps past experiences still affect how safe you feel with other people, or how you respond when things feel uncertain.

Some people come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed or burnt out. Others because they feel disconnected,
from themselves, from their relationships, or from a sense of purpose. You may not have a clear label for what you’re experiencing, only a sense that something needs attention.

I offer psychotherapy and counselling in a calm, non‑judgemental space where we can explore what is happening for you and what you need now, at a pace that feels manageable.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction and compulsive behaviours. I also have particular experience, specialist training, and lived‑experience in the following areas:
NEURODIVERGENCE
LGBTQIA+
ADDICTION

I am an NCPS Accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering integrative therapy, drawing on approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and several other related models. I am also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS #842209) and work in a neurodivergence‑affirming, non‑pathologising way.

A strong therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy. If you would like to explore whether working together feels right, you are welcome to book a free 20‑minute online or telephone consultation.
